We had no problem, taking about 30 minutes.Unique design, unlike most others.We have contacted the seller multiple times about the ignitor not working and keep getting the same around and asked to do the same thing over and over.All we are asking for is to be sent a new ignitor.We have been asked to light with a match, yes we did. Now try it again, no it does not work. Now pinch the nozzle, no it still does not work. Now try it all again and send a video... No it is not working and a video has been sent.BUT here we sit with a $200+ product that has never worked correctly and have yet to get a working part.I will never order from these people again.I won’t even comment on the assembly and things not lining up. Let’s just talk about the fact that once put together, it wouldn’t ignite. Let’s talk about how the number for customer service isn’t working. If I’m doing something wrong, there’s no discussion about how to ignite in the manual although it should be a no brainer - turn on the gas tank, open the line and hit ignite. It ticks but never ignites. I’m more annoyed that the customer service number disconnects before it even rings. Infuriated.
