I get a lot of condensation underneath the cover, even though it’s vented. I can’t really comment on durability since I only had it for two weeks. If you’re looking to keep water from getting into your fire pit, then you should keep looking.Better than I thought it would. This is the only company I have found that sells green coverings.Worked great with window A/C units, durable material, adjust to fit.. will be storing them in the basement for the winter. The elastic band makes it snug so it won’t blow away in a storm. Definitely would purchase again.
